This course is for experts that want to become a skilled trainer and assessor in the workplace or within the vocational education and training (VET) sector. Gain the skills to design, develop, deliver and assess training programs. You can work in a Registered Training Organisation as a training officer, trainer, facilitator or assessor. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is recognised by the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) for membership requirements.

Incorporating: TAADES402B, TAADEL401AB and TAADES401B (3 credits)    TAADES402B: Design and develop learning programs (Core).  This unit specifies the competency required to conceptualise, design, develop and evaluate learning programs to meet an identified need for a group of learners, using appropriate criteria. Criteria may include endorsed competency standards and other specifications such as organisational performance standards, product equipment specifications and workplace procedures.
